2014???!?!?!?! year i meet harry styles pls

HARRY NEW YEAR

wow i can't stop thinking about Harry Styles, but to be fair i just watched a bunch of videos from when i saw them in concert. Which is something I did this year. Which leads me to.....

Some things i did this year: gradnite, prom, graduation, met blake anderson & Ben schwartz, saw one direction, the who, ed sheeran & taylor swift in concert. started college and finished my first semester, got a new kitty, and overall i am much cooler than before.

I also turned the big ol' one-eight, which was the most anti-climatic thing, this year was generally a lot of people telling me that things were gonna change and become adult-y and I am still the dweeb I've always been, maybe a little bit better. I could be president of the US of A and in between v important meetings I'd play Animal Crossing and wear socks with cats on them. Age is nothing and really is stressed too much, when really we should all just focus on becoming ourselves more I think. 

some general things or resolutions or revolutions this year and always: be great, music/art, read, self control, patience, drink water, feel good more feel bad less, help others, don't give in to negativity, love myself, be around people who make me feel nice, be more sparkly, be kind, be adventurous, be brave.

I think everyone just needs to love themselves and be more kind to everyone else

FESTA

so i had a really shitty morning. Feeling overall sad and unimportant due to the inconsiderate actions of others. But then I went to an Art Walk in Little Italy with my mom and it was pleasant and i won a OneDirection t-shirt it was the most beautiful moment of my life, I don't even know, the bad juju from my morning turned itself into pleasant happiness in the form of hot british boys that I can wear on my body. That's a weird way to phrase it, but you get my point. (they had a regal cinemas stand at the walk, and you spun a wheel for various prizes)

I really like going to the Art Walk, people reserve these spaces and do these beautiful chalk drawings and all the restaurants have tasters and there's jewelry and it's great.

Oh, also, my first picture, the Tea one, I posted it on my instagram, and this girl I don't know liked it, so I went to her page, and she reposted it as her own. So i'm kind of pissed off but overall happy because that means my photo was cool and worthy of stealing. It's literally exactly the same, like really you're gonna tell me you took a photo the same angle and then added the same light effect to the side of it, alright. But what I am curious about, is uh, why did you like it??? I never would've found her account if she hadn't liked my photo. I just don't understand people. 

She's a pretty terrible thief.

Every 3 years Santa Monica hosts Glow on it's pier, so two weekends ago we made our way to Santa Monica, I went when I was 12, so I was excited to go back. They have art installations that are somewhat interactive and overall lots of hoopla going on. It was amazing.

Oktoberfest was this most recent weekend. It's a fun time, and we can get to it via trolley which makes it easier. I love all sorts of street fairs and art things and that sort of business so these are right up my alley.

So basically, workaholics, It's always sunny, Jason Ritter, Lizzy Caplan, meeting Ben Schwartz and Blake Anderson, stalking Karl, and a guy dressed like the main character of Warm Bodies.

I'm still not ok with my face in that photo with Ben Schwartz and yes I am aware there is a guy photobombing, but i don't care.

ahhhh summer feels at the fair

I LOVE the fair. It's great, a mix of all things I love (including chocolate dipped cheesecake on the stick rolled in oreo bits/cookie dough on a fork dipped in chocolate rolled in sprinkles/giant ass pretzel), sort of like a giant street fair with rides. I really really like these photos, they just make me feel really happy.
