But I still need to create my logo for my blog, i don't particularly know how to go about this.
Should I just draw one, or take a picture, or photoshop one out.

You draw very good! I wish i was that good when i was your age! One of my resolutions for this year is to draw a sketch of San Diego (for a change) a day...check it out! is a way to force us creative people to forcibly do something!
